Study on identification of red jujube origin by multi-element analysis

In order to explore the feasibility of mineral element analysis on origin red jujube, and screen effective indicators distinguish 34 samples jujube were collected from Xinjiang, Hebei, Shanxi Gansu provinces China. The contents Na, Mg, K, Ca, P, B, Al, Ti, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Sr, Mo, Ba, Tl, Ge, Zr, Li, Rb, Cs, La, Ce Nd in determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer analyzed variance analysis, principal component (PCA), clustering (CA) discriminant (DA). results demonstrated that content elements different regions has its own characteristics. average Na Ge highest Xinjiang province, while Ba Cs lowest. Ti Hebei province highest, Mn Rb Fe Cu highest. was three times more than four province. PCA explained 82.1% total variation, indicating it played a vital role classification jujube. Red divided into five groups at cluster distance 9.0, achieved ideal traceability By correct rate 100% established for provinces. Facts have proved is feasible judge using multi-element analysis.
